Confusing forum design

Hi All.

I'm probably just dopey but I'm struggling with navigating this site. I click on the 3 forum buttons dotted around the page and they all bring me to exactly the same page, is this right?  Across the bottom of the page is a big forum statistics box, not sure what I would use that for, is that for anything? The reason I ask is that I have quite a few privacy extensions running in the browser and want to make sure that everything is displaying as it should. If the forum is customisable as I suspect it is, could we offer some input as to its layout possibly? It just seems a bit confusing.

Thanks.

I agree. I removed the forum stats at the bottom of the screen. I've had the same issue with the navigation, especially with my mobile browser. I don't see any obvious settings related to what is displayed where. I think it's the subforum layout that is really throwing me off. I wonder if things would make a lot more sense if we just have top-level forums.

Further to this, I was looking for the 'Hello' thread from recently, which despite my best efforts, seems to have vanished when I look for it on this page:

http://forum.genoqs.net/community which appears to be the same page as http://forum.genoqs.net

I think this is the front page. However if I go back through my history, I can find it at

http://forum.genoqs.net/community/octopus-general/like-ummm-hello#post-15

But I don't see http://forum.genoqs.net/community/octopus-general/ anywhere in any menus at the moment.
